The one who restrains the Anti-Christ will be taken away!

The Bible talks about the end time as the second coming of the Lord. The book of revelation gives us so many mysterious narrations about the possible happenings before the end. And the reality of the Anti-Christ has never been a telltale event as it is prophesied earlier. Still, no one is sure about who Anti-Christ is and how this concept should emerge in these days.

Scripture always talk about the Anti-Christ as lawless one; which is the depiction of Satan himself. And the presence of unrighteous people and their destiny in this world is often foretold as destruction in the bible – which is theoretically allowed by the Lord according to His impression on light and dark. Truth to be told, God is love; and this fact is only engraved in the hearts of those who are chosen in Christ Jesus. It is also written in Matthew 15:24; "that he sent his only begotten son for his people". To be precise, God and his righteousness are not for everyone – and this concept is clearly mentioned in the first chapter of Ephesians, as a proclamation. Moreover, it is interesting to read from Romans 9:22-24; which says – "What if God, although choosing to show his anger and make his power known, bore with great patience the objects of his anger - prepared for destruction? What if he did this to make the riches of his glory known to the objects of his mercy, which he prepared in advance for glory" – quite disturbing verses for many, as they’re ignorant about the supremacy of God over the earth and its inhabitants!

The word of God is warning about the time when the spirit of the Lord is taken away and then the power of the lawless one (Anti-Christ) is revealed in this world. It is written in 2 Thessalonians 2:7-10; which says "For the secret power of lawlessness is already at work; but the one who now holds it back will continue to do so till he is taken out of the way. And then the lawless one will be revealed whom the Lord Jesus will overthrow with the breath of his mouth and destroy by the splendor of his coming. The coming of the lawless one will be in accordance with how Satan works. He will use all sorts of displays of power through signs and wonders that serve the lie, and all the ways that wickedness deceives those who are perishing. They perish because they refused to love the truth and so be saved". Therefore, repent and be alert and start a faithful life in the word of God, which is pleasing and acceptable to the Lord. Amen
