Sin and Righteousness!

“All of us have become like one who is unclean, and all our righteous acts are like filthy rags; we all wither up like a leaf, and like the wind our sins sweep us away.” (Isaiah 64:6, NIV-Bible)

It seems that people seek God when there are troubles or pain in their lives. In other words, the majority never bothers acknowledging God when things are relatively smooth. Bible claims that we are God’s handiwork since He is our future; And God needs us to acknowledge Him every single moment. In fact, He purposes wisdom on the chosen, as if they’re receiving a blessing in exchange for their extended faith and righteousness – and this concept is ostensibly true as it is mentioned in the bible (Matthew 6:33).

The word of God says in Hosea 5:15, NKJV-Bible; “I will return again to my place till they acknowledge their offense. Then they will seek my face; in their affliction they will earnestly seek me”. Going through the entire bible, it’s quite obvious that God designed a plan for His people to experience various ups and downs. And these patterns of obscurities are so connected with the process of sin and forgiveness mentioned in His words. And no one knows exactly how these things work as He is the God who can turn things out of nothing. It is written in Hebrews 11:3, NIV-Bible; “By faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that the things which are seen were not made of things which are visible”. So, regardless of what we are experiencing in this life, the plan and purpose of the Lord prevails much, as He preordained us in Christ Jesus long time ago (Ephesians 1:4-5). And please do not fret when hearing the term ‘predestined’ or ‘preordained’, as it is the truth and the part of the bible fundamentals.

Nevertheless, God wants His people (Chosen) to be holy as He is holy (1 Peter 1:16). And He works on everything in order that we are made righteous and holy in the end. In other words, those who are predestined according to His divine plan will serve God, as they are obedient and are called ‘righteous’. In addition, God will inflict all the saints with the spirit of repentance as it is very important, since it leads essentially to holiness and righteousness. Perceptibly, not everyone can seek God and not everyone necessarily understands their own follies. But the chosen people are given the discernment, as they are made known to their mistakes for seeking repentance – as it is mentioned in John 10:27-28. The word of God also says in Isaiah 59:1-2, NIV-Bible; “Behold, the Lord’s hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; nor His ear heavy, that it cannot hear. But your iniquities have separated you from your God; and your sins have hidden His face from you, So that He will not hear.”

Therefore, when you’re given for the true repentance, rejoice that you’re chosen and take heart that you will be surely forgiven for the glory and the sake of the Lord. Amen
