The Righteous Judgment

Picture Attribution:

“You, therefore, have no excuse, you who pass judgment on someone else, for at whatever point you judge another, you are condemning yourself, because you who pass judgment, do the same things.” (Romans 2:1, NIV-Bible)

The bible says to judge no one since the mighty one stands above our knowledge and understanding. As per the words, if you’re convinced as righteous by yourself – you, then, who teach others, do you not teach yourself? You who preach against stealing, do you steal in any terms which include even the time? And you who say that people should not commit adultery, do you commit adultery? It has been commented that the Lord’s name is blasphemed among the unbelievers because of professing Christians! (Romans 2:19-24).

Most of us recognize the term ‘Law’ as ‘Mosaic-Law’ that is in the Old Testament. But in fact, God’s law is the word, which gives life to the man essentially. Scripture simplifies that those words are the laws planted in our hearts – as it is prophesied in Jeremiah 31:33, NIV-Bible; “This is the covenant I will make with the people of Israel after that time, declares the Lord. I will put my law in their minds and write it on their hearts. I will be their God, and they will be my people.” And the phrase ‘after that time’ refers to the great sacrifice of Jesus Christ on the cross that was foretold by the Old Testament prophets – which is also written in the New Testament book of Hebrews as a continuation (Ref: Hebrews 10:11-17, 8:7-13).

The word of God says in Romans 2:12-16, NIV-Bible; “All who sin apart from the law will also perish apart from the law, and all who sin under the law will be judged by the law. For it is not those who hear the law who are righteous in God’s sight, but it is those who obey the law who will be declared righteous. (Indeed, when Gentiles, who do not have the law, do by nature things required by the law, they are a law for themselves, even though they do not have the law. They show that the requirements of the law are written on their hearts, their consciences also bearing witness, and their thoughts sometimes accusing them and at other times even defending them) This will take place on the day when God judges people’s secrets through Jesus Christ, as my gospel declares.” – A clear and audacious explanation of the judgment for the gentiles or the unbelievers! Besides, it approves once again the predestined theory of the Lord, since His knowledge is given to those who are chosen.

Therefore, learn and live to the Lord as it complements and enhance our inner beauty being true saints. Keep our minds and hearts steady as we meditate the word of God day and night, as we’re assured the glory as a reward. The word of God says in Psalms 19:7-11, NIV-Bible; “The law of the Lord is perfect, refreshing the soul. The statutes of the Lord are trustworthy, making wise the simple. The precepts of the Lord are right, giving joy to the heart. The commands of the Lord are radiant, giving light to the eyes. The fear of the Lord is pure, enduring forever. The decrees of the Lord are firm, and all of them are righteous. They are more precious than gold, than much pure gold; they are sweeter than honey, than honey from the honeycomb. By them your servant is warned; in keeping them there is great reward.” Those who have ears, let them hear, Amen
